American Bar Association 42nd Spring Conference on Environment, Energy and Resource Law, Salt Lake City, Scott Kimpel (Speaker)

For the 2013 conference, panels presented by leading environmental officials, practitioners, and academics addressed core topics and cutting-edge issues in environmental law, with a focus on sustainability. Hunton & Williams partner Scott Kimpel served as a panelist for, “Ethics and Environmental Disclosures – The Evolving Duty to Disclose Environmental Risks,” in which discussion focused on hypothetical ethical issues that may be faced by environmental counsel, as well as an examination of the attorneys duties under the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
