4:00–5:00 pm (ET) / 3:00–4:00 pm (CT) / 1:00–2:00 pm (PT)
The next program in our legal opinion series will be on June 7. In this program, panelists will provide an overview of the “enforceability opinion,” explaining what this opinion covers, why this opinion is important, and what exclusions and qualifications are typically included. Panelists also will discuss laws commonly excluded from standard opinion letters. This program will be moderated by Amy Williams and include Nadia Burgard, Diana Dominguez, Gail Merel and Hillary Patterson.
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP will seek CLE credit for this program in CA, FL, NC, GA, NY, TX and VA. Credit hours are not guaranteed and are subject to each state’s approval rules. Please be aware that due to various state bar closures, CLE accreditation will be delayed for the foreseeable future. Any lawyer wishing credit elsewhere may individually seek credit.
