Fred Eames Discusses Coal Technology, Potential for $1 Trillion Industry for Southeast

Fred Eames, head of the CCS Alliance, an industry coalition that seeks to promote the use and development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology, said, “We are confident that this is a technology that others around the world are going to want.” He tells Inside EPA/Climate Daily News the Kemper County facility would create a trillion dollar industry for coal in the Southeast. Eames focuses on privacy, data security, critical infrastructure, energy, and environment, among other issues.
