Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on American Electric Power Company, Inc.’s $299 Million Tax-Exempt Remarketings
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to the remarketing agents in connection with the remarketing of $209.9 million aggregate principal amount of Ohio Air Quality Development Authority – State of Ohio – Air Quality Development Revenue Refunding Bonds (American Electric Power Company Project), Series 2005A, Series 2005B, Series 2005C and Series 2005D and of $89.1 million aggregate principal amount of Ohio Air Quality Development Authority – State of Ohio – Air Quality Development Revenue Refunding Bonds (American Electric Power Company Project), Series 2014C and Series 2014D.
