Hunton Advises on Energy Transfer’s $3B Senior Notes Offering
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., as joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters, in connection with Energy Transfer LP’s public offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.550% senior notes due 2031, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.350% senior notes due 2036, and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 6.300% senior notes due 2056.
Energy Transfer owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States, with a strategic footprint in all the major US production basins.
