Hunton Advises on Indiana Michigan Power Company’s $150 Million Tax-Exempt Refunding
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., as underwriter, for the tax-exempt offering of $150 million of Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Indiana Michigan Power Company Project) Series 2025 A.
Indiana Michigan Power Company is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc., a public utility holding company, and is a part of the American Electric Power integrated utility system. Indiana Michigan Power is engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power to approximately 617,000 retail customers in northern and eastern Indiana and southwestern Michigan, and supplying and marketing electric power at wholesale to other electric utility companies, rural electric cooperatives and municipalities and other market participants.
