Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in its SEC-registered debt offering of $3.5 billion of Senior Notes.
The offering closed on October 29, 2025 and included $300 million Floating Rate Notes due 2028, $750 million 3.875% Notes due 2028, $750 million 4.000% Notes due 2030, $850 million 4.250% Notes due 2032, and $850 million 4.625% Notes due 2035.
