Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the purchasers in connection with Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s (Oncor) issuance of (i) $100 million, 5.00% Senior Secured Notes, Series F, due May 1, 2029 and (ii) $50 million, 5.49% Senior Secured Notes, Series G, due May 1, 2054, which closed on April 24, 2024, with registration rights, under Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933 in a private placement pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Oncor is a regulated electricity transmission and distribution company that provides electricity to end-use customers through their electrical systems, as well as providing transmission grid connections to merchant generation facilities and interconnections to other transmission grids in Texas. Oncor operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas, delivering electricity to more than 4.0 million homes and businesses and operating more than 143,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines.
