Hunton Andrews Kurth Partners with Capital Trees to Beautify Park in Richmond

In honor of the 54^th annual Earth Day, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Richmond office partnered with Capital Trees for a community service project aimed to improve community spaces. Local employees and family members gathered to weed gardens in the “low line” park near downtown Richmond, helping to beautify the area.

This project was part of the firm’s larger effort to organize events promoting environmental stewardship and awareness at offices across the country. Additional environmental-focused events and activations took place in Miami, Washington D.C., and other offices across the world and the country.

The Firm Green Team, a group of lawyers and professional staff who are charged with continuously improving the firm’s environmental stewardship and sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint, spearheads efforts firm-wide aimed towards taking care of our planet.
