Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian R. Levey to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes Levey for his accomplishments and outstanding client service.

Brian Levey (Administrative Law, Washington, DC) assists clients in navigating complex permitting and compliance issues that arise under a host of federal environmental statutes and regulations, such as the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other environmental statutes. He also advocates for clients during related litigation and administrative rulemakings, including at the U.S. Supreme Court. Levey received his undergraduate and law degrees from The George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude and with honors, respectively.
