Hunton Andrews Kurth’s team of Laurie Grasso, Susan Saslow, Doug Hoffmann and Michal Baum represented Savanna in the $381 million purchase of 521 Fifth Avenue, a 39-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan, one block from Grand Central Terminal.
