Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Tredegar Corporation in Divestiture of Flexible Packaging Films Business
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is representing Tredegar Corporation (NYSE: TG) in the cross-border sale of its flexible packaging films business, Terphane, to Oben Group for a net debt-free base consideration of $116 million. Terphane has approximately 500 employees with manufacturing sites located in Brazil and New York, and headquarters located in São Paulo, Brazil. It exports its products to 29 countries. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
