Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented Barclays Capital Inc. in connection with Energy Transfer LP's secondary public offering of an aggregate of 38,755,996 of its common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, at a price to the public of $15.78 per unit, by WTG Midstream LLC and an affiliate of Stonepeak.

Energy Transfer owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States, with a strategic footprint in all of the major U.S. production basins.

Jordan Hirsch led the deal team with the assistance of corporate partners Mike O'Leary and Henry Havre and corporate associates Casey Shaw, Kelli Rice, Kathleen Dill, Kaitlyn Thorson and Brittany White.
