Hunton Represents Underwriters in Energy Transfer LP’s $3 Billion Notes Offerings

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented the underwriters in connection with Energy Transfer LP's (“Energy Transfer”) public offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.200% Senior Notes due 2030, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.700% Senior Notes due 2035 and $1.10 billion aggregate principal amount of its 6.200% Senior Notes due 2055 at a price to the public of 99.796%, 99.872% and 99.398%, respectively, of their face value.
