Hunton & Williams Among Top 100 ‘Best Companies to Work’ in Florida

MIAMI — July 25, 2014 — Hunton & Williams LLP was named for the fifth year among Florida’s Top 100 “Best Companies to Work For” by Florida Trend magazine. The complete list of companies recognized is available in Florida Trend’s August 2014 edition. This year Hunton & Williams LLP ranked 11th in the “Best Large Companies” category, which includes businesses of 250 or more employees.

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The confidential employee survey measured workplace satisfaction in a variety of areas, including leadership and planning, culture and communications, work environment, relationships with supervisors, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement. The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking.
