Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Honors Thomas Reilly in Class of 2025 Hall of Fame
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that special counsel Thomas F. Reilly has been named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 Hall of Fame class.
Sponsored by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Hall of Fame recognizes Massachusetts lawyers who are at least 60 years old or have been in practice for 30 years. Criteria for inclusion include career accomplishments, contributions to the development of the law in Massachusetts, contributions to the bar, and efforts to improve the quality of justice in Massachusetts.
Reilly joined private practice after more than 25 years in public service, including two terms as district attorney of Middlesex County and attorney general of Massachusetts. As attorney general, he assembled, trained, and led a dynamic group of more than 300 lawyers with jurisdiction over numerous areas of litigation, including commerce, banking and finance, eminent domain and land use, insurance, product liability, criminal, nonprofit, consumer, labor, tax, and environmental.
Now, as special counsel on the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation team, Reilly applies his 30+ years of litigation experience to a diverse client base from a variety of industries, offering them trusted advice and strategic solutions when facing investigation by federal and state law enforcement and regulatory agencies. He is adept at handling matters involving alleged antitrust violations, corporate fraud and bribery, securities violations, consumer protection violations, security breaches, and other alleged white-collar offenses.
A full list of Hall of Fame honorees can be found here. Reilly and his fellow 2025 honorees will be celebrated with an awards luncheon on September 16 in Boston.
