The National Law Journal spoke with Robert Quackenboss regarding employee criticism of their employers on social media sites and the National Labor Relations Board's protection under labor laws. Quackenboss commented the NLRB has "drawn very broad boundaries to protect the ability of unions and workers to use social media" and the trend is to "protect a very wide range of speech about the employer, co-workers and supervisors."
