Anne M. O’Sullivan

Anne’s practice focuses on asset financings and asset acquisition and sales including representing equity investors and lessees in leveraged lease financings, and lease portfolio transactions. Anne regularly advises companies on a wide range of domestic and international transactions. She has extensive experience in asset purchase and disposition, risk management, commercial lending, and contracts. She also has experience representing equity investors and lessees in cross border and domestic leveraged leasing transactions.

• Represents public and private buyers and sellers in spin-offs, strategic sales of assets, lease portfolio management and commercial aspects of strategic restructurings.
• Represents investors in cross border and domestic structured financings and lease portfolio transactions involving assets such as aircraft, railcars, vessels, car and truck fleets, manufacturing equipment, power-production facilities and office buildings and other real estate.
