Overview

Christy focuses her practice on representing and advising employers in traditional labor and employment matters. Christy uses her experience with traditional labor relations and the National Labor Relations Act to represent employers in labor and employment matters, including providing advice and counsel to clients throughout the corporate campaign process, representing companies before the National Labor Relations Board, and defending against unfair labor practice allegations.

Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Christy worked as a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Christy was responsible for investigating, litigating, and negotiating settlements of complex unfair labor practice allegations. She also handled representation cases, including processing petitions, negotiating stipulated election agreements, drafting representation decisions, and overseeing mail ballot and manual elections.
