Overview

Rachel counsels employers on a variety of traditional labor and employment matters including union campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Rachel assists clients both with and without bargaining units on all aspects of traditional labor law. She has experience representing employers in multiple union representation campaigns across a variety of industries and actively counsels employers through National Labor Relations Board processes and positive employee relations. Rachel also defends employers against unfair labor practice charges and National Labor Relations Act 10(j) injunctions.

In addition to her traditional labor experience, Rachel defends employers in employment litigation matters including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims on the federal and state levels.

While attending the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Rachel won the Indiana State Bar Association’s Student Conclave, a moot court competition, and served as a board member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review
