Overview
Sarah represents clients in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. She handles high-stakes disputes involving contract, business tort, trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, brand protection, false advertising, data security, technology, financial services, bankruptcy, real estate, and employment related issues.
Sarah advises on pre-litigation enforcement and strategic risk analysis, and develops and executes litigation strategy across all phases of a matter. She has extensive experience and regularly manages pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, expert development, and pretrial proceedings in technically and factually complex cases, particularly those involving business-sensitive issues, accelerated timelines, and coordinated litigation strategy.
Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stacey G. C. Jernigan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
