In January 2025, comprehensive data privacy laws go into effect in Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire and New Jersey. 

The laws in Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska and New Hampshire go into effect on January 1, 2025, and New Jersey’s law goes into effect later the same month on January 15.
