Hunton’s Class VI Program Permit Tracker is the first centralized source for tracking state applications for primacy over Class VI permitting programs, as well as the status of Class VI permit applications nationwide. The tracker is updated regularly with data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and from agencies in those states which have been granted primacy over the carbon capture and storage Class VI permitting program in their respective states.
