eDiscovery in a Post-Covid Era
Thursday, December 9
12:30 – 1:30 pm (ET) / 11:30 – 12:30 pm (CT) / 9:30 – 10:30 am (PT)
Hear from a panel of our very own eDiscovery experts about evolving guidance on a variety of eDiscovery issues and technology complexities in a post-Covid era. Meghan Podolny, Jessie Purtell, and Jennifer Schettler will examine the post-Covid judicial landscape and provide practical advice on how to ensure you are meeting expectations of technological proficiency, adapting to and anticipating new data sources, weighing considerations in proportionality, and defending attorney client privilege and work product protection. All lawyers, regardless of practice area, are encouraged to attend.
