Executive Compensation Academy — International Employees: Is a Global Employment Company a Solution?
Thursday, March 14, 2024
10:00–11:00 am CT
11:00 am–12:00 pm ET
The purpose of this presentation is to help attendees determine whether a global employment company could help streamline the administration and costs associated with a sponsor’s internationally mobile employees (i.e., an employee who performs services in more than one country). The presentation will discuss issues facing internationally mobile employees, including common problems, costs, legal risks, and the potential advantages of sponsoring a global employment company. It will also compare global employment companies to international professional employer organizations (PEOs) and address whether the latter could be more cost effective and easier to administer.
