Recent bank failures have shined a spotlight on risks faced by regional banks.  One risk is their outsized exposure to uninsured deposits and liquidity issues.  This banking risk has huge implications for commercial real estate (CRE).  In this program, panelists (Peter Weinstock and Alex Noetzel) will discuss these realities and the inevitable regulatory reaction.  The focus will be on a proposed Policy Statement on CRE Workouts and Accommodations, including its key components of risk management, loan classification, regulatory reporting and accounting considerations.
