SECURE 2.0, passed at the end of 2022, has brought numerous changes to qualified retirement plans. Since that time, the government has passed additional guidance clarifying some provisions, and delaying others – most notably the requirement to implement Roth catch-up contributions. In this webinar, we will check in on SECURE 2.0, the guidance that has been issued to date, and what plan sponsors need to be thinking about as we approach 2024.
