Aalto Invest Completes $100M Bond Financing with Anchor Loans

Hunton & Williams LLP advised investment firm Aalto Invest on the successful completion of a $100 million primary bond financing in partnership with Anchor Loans, LP. The transaction established a mortgage-backed securitization financing structure that is secured by loans originated and serviced by Anchor Loans, LP and its affiliates. It is the first of its type of offering in the US residential buy, refurbish and sell sector. Aalto Invest manages $1.6 billion of assets on behalf of pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.
