Houston partner Kevin White comments on new Family Medical Leave Act rules and the impact on employers in light of increased deployment of troops to Afghanistan. White explains that the Act, which gives certain military families new leave rights, will force employers to "have a system that tracks both traditional FMLA leave and the new military leave and this should be placed in the hands of trained human resources specialists."
