After Oral Argument, SCOTUSblog Retreats on Prediction for Outcome in Treaty Case

One day after predicting it to be “likely” the Supreme Court will side with the federal government in a Hague Convention child abduction case, as it has done in each such prior child abduction case, SCOTUSblog retreated from its prediction following oral argument and concluded it is now “not at all clear how the Court might rule.”
