Benchmark Litigation Honors Rosalyn Smith in 2025 Europe Awards

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that London associate Rosalyn Smith has been named a finalist in the category of Associate of the Year in Benchmark Litigation’s 2025 Europe Awards. The annual awards recognize the region’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their exemplary work over the past 12 months.

Smith’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, predominantly international commercial and investor-state arbitration. She has acted in arbitration proceedings under the ICSID, UNICTRAL, LCIA, and ICC Rules at a variety of arbitral seats, and represented clients in the energy, mining, construction, shipping, and insurance industries.

Smith is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and has represented clients in English Court litigation, as well as in construction adjudication. She has acted for clients in disputes involving parties located in various regions of Africa, Asia, Central and Southern America, and Europe.
