Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that litigation associate Tom Schulte has been selected as a Fellow in Class IX of the Dade Legal Aid’s Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy. The year-long program is designed to mentor the next generation of the legal community, cultivate leadership skills, and strengthen professional relationships, with a focus on pro bono service and a deepened understanding of the legal and social challenges facing underserved communities. Fellows in the cohort are selected based not only on professional achievement but also demonstrated commitment to service.

His experience includes representing clients in individual cases, class actions, and multidistrict litigations involving data breaches, breach of contract, civil fraud, and various federal and state statutes. As part of his pro bono work, he has drafted appellate briefs to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Board of Veterans Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
