Speaking with The Center for Public Integrity on EPA’s new Risk Management Program rule, Shannon Broome says she is still analyzing the rule but is concerned with how quickly the rule was finalized following the comment period. Broome says it is “troubling” that the EPA declined to meet with stakeholders after the comment period ended.
