Co-head of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, Failla takes a client-focused approach to her practice, becoming a trusted member of her clients’ business teams and an innovative strategic partner. She recently led a high-profile transaction for two investment-grade shelf offerings of €4.25 billion and $11.5 billion securing Altria’s 35% stake in leading e-cigarette maker, Juul, and 45% stake in Canadian cannabinoid company, Cronos.
