Adam Rosser speaks to The Daily Journal about the recent report from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General about the government’s failure to prevent fraud in the H-1B work visa program. The report makes recommendations for worksite inspections including more targeted visits. Adam welcomes the recommendations. He explains, “I think this is a good thing for my clients.” Adam continues, “ If they’re going to be more targeted, they’re going to be visiting my clients less and… going after smaller companies that don’t have much of a track record in the business community.”
