Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised Invest Atlanta on a new commercial property assessed clean energy program with Ygrene, the nation’s leading provider of C-PACE financing.

The $500 million program offers an alternative to traditional options for energy efficiency, water conservation and renewable energy upgrades to new and existing buildings as well as retroactive financing for completed projects. With Ygrene’s extended terms and fixed-rate financing, Atlanta property owners can preserve capital and reduce long-term costs.

The Hunton Andrews Kurth team was led by Douglass P. Selby and included Andrew Kintzinger.
