Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to the underwriters for the issuance of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Indiana Michigan Power Company 3.85% Senior Notes, Series M, due 2028.

Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc., a public utility holding company. I&M is engaged in the sale, purchase, transmission and distribution of electric power to approximately 588,000 retail customers in northern and eastern Indiana and a portion of southwestern Michigan, and in supplying and marketing electric power at wholesale to other electric utility companies, rural electric cooperatives, municipalities and other market participants.
