Christopher Hasbrouck (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Los Angeles) focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, development, finance and renewable energy projects. He has represented many industrial clients throughout California in a variety of sectors, including food processing, beverage bottling, electronics manufacturing, textiles, oil and gas and power utilities. He also represents lenders and developers throughout the capital stack, and regularly advises clients on California real property tax and transfer tax structuring issues. Hasbrouck received his undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College and his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
