Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of four lawyers to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and outstanding client service.

Sharon Harrington (Corporate, Richmond) regularly assists public and private companies in complex IT and business process vendor agreements, software-as-a-service and cloud-based service agreements, supply chain agreements, and other joint ventures and strategic business partnerships, and she assists clients in commercial disputes. Sharon frequently advises on transactions involving the right to use personal information and proprietary technology and data, and she is a member of the global technology, outsourcing and privacy practice. Harrington received her undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Hillary Patterson (Capital Finance & Real Estate, Richmond) has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with secured and unsecured revolving, bridge and term loan facilities, including both cash-flow and asset-based facilities. She also represents residential mortgage companies and lenders in financing servicing advance receivables and mortgage servicing rights. Patterson received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. She was previously counsel to the Firm from 2016-2019.

Quince Thompson (Corporate, Charlotte) counsels financial institutions, investment banks and other market participants in capital markets matters with a primary focus on the financing, trading and securitization of residential and commercial mortgage loans, servicing rights and mortgage-backed securities, including reverse mortgages and performing and distressed assets. Thompson also represents borrowers and lenders in construction and residential transitional loan financing. Thompson received her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Jessica Yeshman (Corporate, Washington) has a decade of experience assisting public and private companies with drafting, negotiating, preparing and documenting information technology and business process outsourcing transactions, complex software as a service, platform as a service, cloud and software licensing agreements, as well as other IT contracts. Yeshman received her undergraduate degree from Boston University Questrom School of Business and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
