Tyler S. Laughinghouse (Labor & Employment, Richmond) regularly represents and advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including complex wage and hour class action lawsuits, union organizing efforts and administrative actions before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, employment discrimination claims and employment-related diligence in corporate transactions.  Laughinghouse received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law, cum laude. Before entering private practice, he clerked for the late Honorable Jackson L. Kiser, United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.
