Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP was ranked in the top 100 of the BTI Client Service A-Team 2023: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance for exceptional client service, based on its annual survey of corporate counsel.

BTI's 2023 research conducted more than 350 in-depth interviews with clients and top legal decision-makers. Their research, which identified the core activities clients use to separate excellent client service from the good, has ranked Hunton Andrews Kurth within the top 100 in the United States. BTI noted that law firms selected to its Client Service A-Team 2023 “knew how to help their clients and acted quickly – without being asked. [They] were able to deliver on client service expectations.”

In addition to its excellent overall ranking, leading corporate counsel named the firm as highly regarded in activities clients value most.
