Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented Stakeholder Midstream, an EnCap Flatrock Midstream portfolio company, in its acquisition of certain oil and gas midstream gas gathering and processing assets located in Yoakum County, Texas from Santa Fe Midstream, an Energy Spectrum portfolio company. The transaction was signed and closed simultaneously on December 11, 2020.

The Hunton Andrews Kurth team was led by partners Parker Lee and Taylor Landry, with assistance from associate Ming Lei. Partner Richard Warren provided advice on representations and warranty insurance matters; partner Allison Mantor provided tax advice; counsel David McSweeney provided environmental advice; partner Daryl Robertson provided advice on PPP loan related matters; partner Alan Marcuis provided advice on employment matters; associates Jason Reiner and Madison Amons provided advice on real estate related matters.

This transaction was subsequent to the firm’s representation of Stakeholder in its acquisition of certain crude oil and natural gas gathering and transportation systems in the Delaware Basin from Burk Royalty and Walsh Petroleum as a carve-out transaction, which closed earlier this year.
