Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented the underwriters in connection with Genesis Energy, L.P.’s registered offering of $750 million of 7.750% senior notes due 2028 and the dealer manager in the concurrent cash tender offer for $750 million of Genesis Energy, L.P.’s 6.750% senior notes due 2022.

Genesis Energy, L.P. is a diversified midstream energy master limited partnership based in Houston, Texas. Its operations include offshore pipeline transportation, sodium minerals and sulfur services, marine transportation and onshore facilities and transportation and are primarily located in the Gulf Coast, Wyoming and the Gulf of Mexico.
