The awards celebrate firms and practitioners for their outstanding intellectual property achievements in the last year, naming leaders in more than 90 categories of IP practice across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
The 2026 finalists and winners were honored during the 21st Annual Managing IP Americas Awards ceremony held on April 9 in New York City. Demm was named the winner of Trademark Litigator of the Year (South). In addition, Hunton was shortlisted as United States Firm of the Year – Trademark Disputes (South).
