Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is proud to announce Ann Marie Mortimer has been recognized as one of the Daily Journal’s 2022 Top Cyber Lawyers. The honor is given to 20 California attorneys that are on “the cutting edge of cyber law” and exhibit an exceptional aptitude for navigating high-stakes cybersecurity litigation. In Mortimer’s profile, the Daily Journal details three California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) lawsuits on which Mortimer is guiding companies on complex cybersecurity litigation, establishing her as  a recognized leader on data privacy matters. “The law creates very narrow private rights of action and lawyers want to see how far they can stretch them,” Mortimer said in her profile.
