Clare Ellis (Administrative Law, San Francisco) focuses on environmental issues impacting the transportation and energy sectors, with emphasis on air quality and climate change. Ellis is well-versed in both federal and California air quality and greenhouse gas emission regulations impacting vehicle, equipment and parts manufacturers, as well as all energy producers, distributors and transportation companies. She also advises a range of clients on compliance with state and federal hazardous materials transportation, accidental release prevention and similar laws. Ellis received her undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and her master’s and law degrees from University of Georgia where she graduated with honors, summa cum laude.
