Mateo Arias (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Atlanta) advises clients in buying, selling, and financing all types of real property. He regularly offers clients practical advice and business-oriented solutions and handles the legal, strategic, and operational challenges presented by the real estate and capital markets. Arias received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, his masters from Hough Graduate School of Business, and his law degree from Boston College Law School.
Paul J. Greco, Jr. (Capital Finance and Real Estate, New York) represents institutional investors and developers in connection with the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage loans, equity investments, mezzanine debt, and debt arrangements. His experience also includes counseling clients on issues that may arise during the term of a loan or investment, such as modifications, amendments, and workout agreements, as well as enforcement proceedings. Greco received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
Christopher Richardson (Capital Finance and Real Estate, Houston) focuses his practice on a broad range of commercial real estate and banking/finance transactions. His experience includes representing lessees, buyers, sellers, and developers of commercial real estate, including data center and digital infrastructure developers, as well as lenders and borrowers in lending transactions. Richardson received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude.
