The rankings represent the top-performing legal advisors based on the volume of asset-backed securities (ABS) and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) offerings completed during the first half of 2025.

Hunton secured its first place ranking among firms representing issuers on U.S. ABS and MBS securitizations, having advised issuers on 71 deals with a total issuance value of approximately $26.1 billion during the first half of 2025.

Hunton also ranked third among the most active underwriters’ counsel for U.S. ABS and MBS securitizations, having advised on 70 deals with a total issuance value of more than $28.9 billion during the first half of 2025.
