Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Special Committee of the Board of Directors of DCP Midstream, LP in $3.8 Billion Acquisition by Phillips 66
Hunton Andrews Kurth is representing the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of DCP Midstream, LP (DCP Midstream) in connection with Phillips 66’s acquisition of all the publicly held common units representing limited partner interests in DCP Midstream. The $3.8 billion transaction was announced on January 6, 2023, and will increase Phillips 66’s interest in DCP Midstream to 86.8%. It is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
Hunton Andrews Kurth partners Mike O’Leary and Bob Jewell with special counsel Melinda Brunger and senior attorney Adam Lyons represent the Special Committee. Partner Allison Mantor and associate Tim Strother are handling tax matters, and partner Tony Eppert is handing compensation and benefits matters.
