Hunton & Williams LLP advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Fifth Third Securities, Inc. and The Huntington Investment Company as remarketing agents in connection with the remarketing of $70 million aggregate principal amount of West Virginia Economic Development Authority Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, Series 2008C and 2008D.

Appalachian Power Company is a public utility engaged in generating, purchasing, transmitting, distributing and selling electricity in Virginia and West Virginia. The company is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. ("AEP") and is a part of the AEP integrated utility system.

The Hunton & Williams LLP team included Bud Ellis, Steve Friend, Christina Kwon and Andrew Spector. Mary Nash Rusher provided tax advice.
